Wright-Pierce was founded in 1947 by Frank V. Wright, Jr. and William B. Pierce in Topsham, Maine. Initially, the focus of the firm was civil and highway engineering projects throughout the State of Maine. In the late 1960's, Wright-Pierce branched out into water and wastewater engineering, and began expanding geographically.

Today, Wright-Pierce has a staff of more than 200 people in nine offices. We offer a comprehensive package of water, wastewater and infrastructure engineering services to public and private clients.
