Two New Shareholders Elected at Annual  Meeting

Project Managers Dennis Dievert and Jon Hume were elected as new shareholders at the annual Wright-Pierce Board of Directors meeting held in April. 

Dennis A. Dievert, PE, is a Project Manager in the Wright-Pierce Middletown, Connecticut office. Dennis has more than 14 years of experience in all aspects of wastewater engineering including treatment, odor control, residuals management, collection systems and pump stations. He serves as Project Manager/Lead Project Engineer playing a key role in the planning studies, design, permitting, construction oversight and operations, for many of the company’s large scale wastewater facility upgrades projects. Among his projects are the $57 million water pollution control facility (WPCF) upgrade project for Farmington, Connecticut which includes advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal and will be starting construction later in 2015; WPCF upgrades for Manchester and Glastonbury, Connecticut; and sewer system improvements for Stamford, New Milford, Sharon, Waterford and South Windsor, Connecticut.

Jon W. Hume, PE, is a Project Manager in the Wright-Pierce Andover, Massachusetts office. Jon has nearly 20 years of  experience in the planning, engineering design, startup and construction administration of water and wastewater treatment facility projects.  Jon was the project manager for the recently completed phosphorus removal upgrade to the wastewater treatment plant and new water treatment plant for the City of Leominster, Massachusetts.  He is currently the Project Manager for the Town of Middleborough, Massachusetts $23 million comprehensive wastewater treatment plant upgrade which includes advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal. Led by Jon, the project team simultaneously completed the design and Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan (CWMP) in one year in order for the Town to qualify for MA DEP’s zero-percent (0%) interest loan program.
