What Employees Are Saying

As an employee, I can take pride in not just providing a set of contracted services but investing in the communities and clients I work with. It's more than just producing plans and reports, my work is about developing partnerships, discovering new opportunities for our clients, and being there even after a project is complete to provide needed resources and assistance.

It's important to be in a work environment where the consultant team is just as committed to facilitating project success as the client or community. Even before joining Wright-Pierce, my experience working with the employees was that the Wright-Pierce version of "client satisfaction" is more than just doing the job well, it's about going the extra mile for clients and communities.
